Mike's Cactus Farm ('we', 'us', 'our') operates mikescactus.com and sells rare and exotic cactus plants. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability. We accept payment via GoDaddy Payments and other methods displayed at checkout. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Shipping
We ship live plants carefully packed to minimize stress and damage during transit. Shipping times vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. Free local pickup is available in El Paso, TX — contact Mike at 915 588 9306 to arrange.
4. Live Plant Policy
All plants are living organisms. While we take great care in packaging and selecting healthy specimens, we cannot guarantee survival after delivery due to factors outside our control (extreme temperatures, transit delays, improper care after receipt). Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final. However, if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you to make it right. Refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion.
6. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in El Paso, TX. Please call or text Mike at 915 588 9306 to schedule a pickup time. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of purchase or the order may be cancelled and refunded.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Mike's Cactus Farm and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mike's Cactus Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
